Baking Instructions

General Instructions

  • If you are not going to bake the FRESH Way pizza within 60 minutes, it should be refrigerated.
  • If the pizza is refrigerated, remove pizza from fridge at least 30 minutes before baking.
  • Bake only one pizza at a time.
  • Remove wrapper and baking instructions and sauce cup, if included.
  • Bake pizza in the FRESH Way baking tray it comes on. Make sure the tray does NOT touch the sides or back of the oven. The tray may discolor; which is normal.
  • Check pizza before it starts to brown. If large bubbles appear, puncture with fork or knife.
  • *For a Crispier Crust*: At the prescribed check time, slide pizza directly onto oven rack and bake the remaining time.
  • Pizza is done when the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove pizza from oven, let set for few minutes then slice, serve and enjoy!
  • For pizzas that come on paper trays, do NOT reheat them in an oven on the same baking tray.
