We have opened our newest “Flagship” store at the Renton Landing and are seeking several “energetic, customer-service driven” people who are smart team players and convey FRESH Way’s highest quality standards.

Available RENTON Positions Are:

KITCHEN SERVICES TEAM MEMBER:

In the FRESH Way kitchen, you will be responsible for all aspects of building the perfect pizza (Baked or Take & Bake, Pizza by the Slice) and all our menu items. The kitchen is responsible for dough production/handling, prepping food items to specifications, properly storing prepped items, keeping the make lines clean and organized, building our pizzas to exact consistent specifications, baking the pizzas, and getting the pizzas ready for either, baked, take & baked, dine-in, pick-up, or delivery. In order to be a successful member of FRESH Way’s kitchen team, you must be a motivated self-starter, able to work as part of a team in a high volume environment, ability to remain level-headed, think clearly and multi-task productively under pressure be reliable and punctual. You will have great skill communicating with the manager in charge/kitchen manager regarding the status of orders and learn/maintain knowledge of menu items by memorizing the toppings ensures quickness on the line. You must be able to stay on task and maintain a sense of focus and urgency at all times. All employees must represent the FRESH Way organization in professional and positive fashion and have the ability to give and receive constructive feedback. Availability: 20+ hours/week, nights & weekends a MUST! - Pizza experience a plus!.

FRONTLINE CASHIERS :

FRESH Way’s Frontline Cashiers are responsible for making sure our customers are served in a fast and friendly fashion. You must have computer-POS skills, be able to multi-task, be attentive to families and children, have an enthusiastic personality, and be fast and organized with everything you do. Cashiers are responsible for all aspects of their section, and responsibilities include but are not limited to, greeting customers, guiding all customer orders, taking food orders, keeping tables & customer area clean and all other related side-work. In order to be a successful server at FRESH Way, you must be able to work as part of a team and be reliable and punctual. You must stay on task and maintain a sense of focus and urgency at all times. This location will serve Wine & Beer, so you must be at least 18 years old to apply and willing to attain a level 12 or 13 Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) certification. DELIVERY REPRESENTATIVES :

Our “ROOM SERVICE” deliveries will concentrated within the immediate Renton Landing only, exclusively servicing the Sanctuary, Reserve & Bristol apartment complexes and our Landing retail business partners (including Boeing etc.), capitalizing on volume and the best & quickest service. In addition to providing these exclusive services and best delivery baked or Take & Bake pizza around, FRESH Way offers an outstanding, fun and fast paced environment to work in. Our customers are our # 1 priority and we service everyone with a smile. If this sounds like a good fit for you, then we would love to hear from you. You could earn up to $18.00 per hour. (Includes wages, tips and generous mileage allowance.) Must be 18 years of age with valid driver’s license, 2 years driving experience, a clean driving record and a dependable, insured vehicle.
